Ginn Realty Group, a development and real estate company based in Vancouver, WA was in need of a new headquarters. After purchasing a property in the Hazel Dell neighborhood, we were called in to retrofit and furnish the existing dark 70s era structure. Previously divided into suites for two tenants, we merged both spaces into one. The plan for the entire building was reworked to include new offices (both open and enclosed), kitchenettes, print and material labs, lounge spaces, mother's room, beer and coffee bar and a gym. Built-ins were added in executive suites to allow for easy access to files and storage.  The reception was infused with beautiful chandelier and a custom concrete and tile wall showcasing Ginn's unique logo. A cedar paneled wall behind reception features a custom stand-off metal sign from ShieldCo. ShieldCo fabricated an additional sign for the employee lounge which showcases the company's values. Working closely with Environments, the space received all new furnishings, workstations and accessories. More photos coming soon!
