We are looking for an experienced interior designer to join our tight knit team. 



  • Assist with creation and presentation of client deliverables, both digital files, and physical finish/fixture/furniture sampling.

  • Provide production support and/or full documentation for execution of design concepts including but not limited to: CAD drawing redlines, as-built CAD drawings, finish presentations/specifications, construction/finish documentation, 3D modeling, etc.

  • Assist in the construction administration process of projects including review of finish submittals and samples, as well as filing and organizing pertinent construction administration communications and key documents.

  • Purchasing project FF&E - approving orders/finalizing details w/ and/or client, ordering, tracking, incorporating items into Ivy, accepting deliveries, checking items for delivery.

  • Create and maintain physical project binders and digital project files in Basecamp.

  • Researching materials, fixtures, and installation procedures.

  • Purchasing and staying on top of studio supplies.

  • Communicate with team members, clients and vendors in a professional and timely manner. 

  • Attend and participate in Client Consultations and Meetings. Provide knowledgeable solutions and actionable advice. Take detailed notes to provide accurate records of meetings to share with team members and clients. 

  • Effectively present design concepts and deliverables to clients in a professional and knowledgeable manner

  • Proficiency in CAD and 3D Modeling and Rendering Software such as AutoCAD/Vectorworks, Sketch Up, Enscape, etc.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Basecamp, Ivy Design Software a plus

  • Familiarity with Mac equipment

  • Knowledge of FF&E, color, and material 

  • Knowledge and experience in all phases of an interior design project

  • Experience in full development of Construction Documents and standard industry procedures.



  • Full Time Position

    • Starting Pay $22/hr with 90 day review to evaluate experience and performance
